What is Company ID Checked or Agent ID Checked?

The Company ID Checked or Agent ID Checked badge is given to sellers when they have successfully completed Mudah.my’s seller verification process to establish their identity with us.

The verification process includes checking of the following:

  1. Company ID Checked for all Vehicle categories:

    AddressPhone ID docsEmail
  2. Agent ID Checked for Property category:

    Agent docs
    ID docs

Mudah.my encourages sellers to get their Company ID Checked or Agent ID Checked badges to increase credibility and confidence within the community.

Why has my ad not been published?

There are two possible reasons for this:

  • Your ad has not yet been checked by our ad checking team.


  • Your ad has not been approved because it did not adhere to our Rules of Advertising. Please check your email account for an email from us- we have sent you instructions on how to re-post your ad.

Why is my image missing from my ad?

Your image could have been deleted by our ad checking team because it did not adhere to our Rules of Advertising.

How do I delete my ad?

If you've sold your item and want to delete your ad, you can either:

  • Go to your ad on our desktop site and click 'Delete' at the bottom.


  • Go to your ad on our official android app and click your android options, then choose 'Delete'.

Why is my ad still on Mudah.my, even though I have already deleted it?

There is normally a few minutes delay before your ad is removed from our site. This will be completed within 30 minutes.

Can I use HTML-code in the ad?


Why do I have to provide my phone number?

We ask for your phone number in case our ad checking team needs to contact you to clarify information about your ad.

Why isn't my e-mail address visible in my ad?

Your e-mail address is hidden in your ad to protect you from potentially receiving spam e-mails.

How do I make changes to my ad?

Go to your ad on our website and click 'Edit' at the bottom. You'll need to be logged in to make changes to your ad. Credits will be deducted for PRO Niaga users for each edited ad

How long will my ad be published online?

For all categories (except Services), ads will be published for 60 days, unless you choose to delete it before the 60 days are up.
Services category's ads will be published for 30 days.

Why is my account deactivated?

Your account has been deactivated because you have not inserted ads or bought any premium services for the last 6 months.

How can I reactivate my account?

To reactivate your account, contact customer service at 03-2712 3225 (Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm except public holidays).

Advanced Search Tips

Search Ad Title only

Click Search Ad Title only to search for keywords only in the ad title, and not in the ad description.

Find more with *

Search for *chair* instead of chair to find all ads containing chair (eg. chairman).

Find even more with OR

Search for HONDA OR SUZUKI to find ads from either Honda or Suzuki.

Delete unnecessary listings with NOT

Search for Proton NOT Wira to find all Proton ads except for Wira.

Find exact with "

Search for "Proton WAJA" to find only Proton WAJA-ads.

Combine the tips above

You can also use a combination of the above tips! Eg. search Perodua Myvi* 1.0-SR OR 1.0SR NOT 1.3-SX NOT 1.3SX to display all ads for Perodua Myvi 1.0SR but not ads for Perodua Myvi 1.3SX.

Other Tips

  • You can type either upper or lower case letters when searching (the results will be the same)
  • A search word must contain at least two characters, or three if it's used with *
  • A search word may contain A-Z, 0-9, & (and-sign), / (divide). If you use any other symbol it will be treated as a space
  • Some apostrophes and similar symbols may be removed from the search, but our site considers ü as u and ë as e, for example
  • Some normal words are ignored by our site. Eg. if you search for the word 'and', you won't get any results
  • Our search bar searches only for words found in the ads' title or description
